Over the past 3 days we have had some serious website downtime.

This was due to a bad cluster within our file system, this has now been resolved and the measures we have takes to ensure this does not happen again are:

• Backups to a local network
• daily backups to a server located externally from our web servers rack

This will ensure this downtime will never occur again.

On behalf of xfileservers, and myself i apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

No customer services were affected by this downtime.
