The Answers-

Whats the diffrence between Public & Private Servers

Public Servers you can password whenever you want for clan matches, or you can leave totally open. Private servers should remain passworded and not unpassworded (we don't mind sometimes through the day during off peak gaming hours, but should be passworded in evenings as a minimum), chat to us if you have special conditions you need.

How do i get my server details?

Once we have your order and the money paid has cleared (quicker for paypal/nochex/cash into natwest bank, slower for bank transfers and cheques the longest, postal orders also possible), your server should be set up within 24 hours normally and an e-mail sent to you with your clan server and account details. If you are sending by bank transfer or cheque etc, please include a reference/receipt with it, so we know who and what its for. Please don't send cash/cheques/transfers without indicating which server or receipt its for to avoid any delays.

Do you give refunds?

We don't expect any clan to ever pay for any term we consider unacceptable to clans, be it down time, high pings, packetloss etc. We've spent a lot of time playing to know whats acceptable to clans. First and foremost, any unacceptable period of time where the game server isn't "gameworthy" be it down, or high pings will be added on to the contract (and normally extra on top of that for the inconvenience). We never expect any clan to EVER pay for the time a server isn't playable on.

 

Whats debranding?

A debranded server means you can call it anything you want, a branded server means it must have By xf2.co.uk in the title somewhere.

What Methods of support do we use

We like to make sure, every customer has a way of contacting us, we us XFIRE, MSN, LIVE SUPPORT, SUPPORT TICKET SYSTEM, EMAIL.

Can any mods be added to our clan server?

Any "normal" mod can be added, some large mods or total conversions may not apply though. We can add them for you if you need and add them to webadmin for you to select. If you're not sure if a mod would be acceptable (nearly all are, just a small few are "cpu hungry" like Garrys mod, or monsterhunt etc), just ask us to check.

Can bots be added to my server?

No, under any circumstances due to excessive cpu usage. If not sure what represents a bot or similar, then please ask an admin. This includes player bots and monster bots like monsterhunt for example. Check first. 

Can any maps be added to our game server?

Yes, any maps/mods/game files can be uploaded.
